The Brahma-Samhita is said to be a literal copy of the prayers spoken by Lord Brahma (the first created living being) to God Himself, (Lord Krishna) at the very beginning of the creation of our universe. As a scripture it was thought long lost until some 500 years ago when a copy was discovered in an old forgotten library in India.
Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Goswami Thakura - a famous saint, scholar and religious leader from India in the early 1900's translates it here for the first time into English. This version is published by the BBT, founded by Srila Bhaktisiddhanta's disciple A.C Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. It includes the original Sanskrit, English transliteration & translation, and full purports. It is revered by many as containing the highest of all sublime truths.
